Shipping policy

It is the customers responsibility to choose which shipping method best suits their needs. First Class does not include insurance. Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All orders ship within 72 hours

If a packages tracking states “delivered” SBB is not responsible if the package is not in your possession. You will need to call your local post office to find out further information on where you package may be located.

If a package is truly lost after 30 days please contact us for further assistance.
